Treatment of a deep intra-bony defect mesial on 4.1

  • 2. The bone defect is 7 mm deep.

  • 4. OsteoBiol Gel 40.
  • 5. The defect was grafted with OsteoBiol Gel 40.
  • 6. A properly shaped OsteoBiol Evolution membrane was placed to contain and protect the particulate grafting material.
  • 7. Control endoral x-ray at the end of surgery: it is possible to appreciate the defect grafted with biomaterial.
  • 8. Control endoral x-ray after 1 year from treatment: radiographically the biomaterial is bio-integrated and identical to natural bone.
  • 9. The probing deepness was reduced to 2 mm
