    • 6. Customized healing abutment is fitted to preserve the original socket architecture and to cover the bone graft
    • 7. A screw retained zirconia crown is prepared
    • 8. The final restoration in place shows a total restoration of the soft tissue margins
    • 9. Two years post operative CBCT scan shows the regeneration of the labial plate of bone
